It is a little dirty and one of the knobs is messed up. Part of the battery compartment is missing and I do not have a power cord for it. It appears that some rewiring has been done on the battery output wires. It has scratches, scuffs, and some paint overspray on it. There is a name written on the back. See photos for any defects.
