The book is titled Z1 Sketches & Drawings and is part of the Comic Convention Sketchbooks series. It was published by Zeleznik Illustration in 2003 and is a paperback format written in English. The sketchbook is personalized for young adults and adults who enjoy comic book art and realism. The book has a vintage feel to it but is not an ex libris.
