Description: WW2 US Navy Pilot’s summer Flight Helmet, khaki cotton cloth with leather chin strap, the large rubber ear cups are connected to a Gosport communication tube system with speaking mouthpiece, used for primary pilots training for communication between the instructor and cadet. The helmet belonged to my uncle in the photo who was a WWII and postwar US Navy Pilot. Very good condition.
