The front cover has a watermark stain...the staining does not extend to pages. Page 279 outer edge has a small chip. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact with no creasing or marks noted. The dust jacket shows signs of age/wear through cover/spine edge/corner rubbing/scratches/chaffing/small edge tears/chips/splits/creasing, light soiling/rub soil/staining, and slight inside tanning. Large chip on the spine lower back corner...a couple of small chips and tears around. The spine upper edge has a tear/chip of about 1/8". The outer corners all rubbed, pushed, and worn down slightly...one is split/chipped about 5/16" extending partially into the front. The front lower edge has tears of 1/4" and 5/16". Spot staining or age staining. Watermark staining on the front lower corner and edge inside and out. Front inside flap has crease top to bottom.
