This will ship as non-machinable first-class letter; tracking is not provided with free shipping. This is to ensure and maintain competitive pricing. Shipping will be upgraded to USPS Media Mail (with tracking provided) under the following conditions: 1: Customer selects USPS Media Mail (Customer pays for shipping,)2: Item Value is greater than $10 (pre-tax)3: Item is a set of 3 Discs or more4: Item is purchased along with at least 2 other loose discs or one other full cased CD/DVD.
