The frame measures 17” tall - 11” wide - almost 2” deep — I will package this the best possible - as far as I can tell the butterfly and flowers are glued perfectly to the glass - you are purchasing as is - I am not to be held responsible for objects that move on the frame during shipping and you agree to this when purchasing no returns !!! Obviously is the glass or frame is damaged a claim will be filed with the shipping provider - do NOT open an eBay claim. An item is measured to give you a rough idea of the items size; the measurements are mostly rounded or given to you roughly…if this is an issue verify before purchasing. If you do not like the packaging material used that’s your opinion but, it works for us and at least items arrive safe plus we like to recycle ♻️. If your item was not “delivered” but technically delivered via tracking…look around for your package - contact your local delivery service and ask for assistance. We do not live near you so we can’t find the package for you; do not open a claim because you can’t find an item - your item is insured so worse case we will file a insurance claim with the shipper. This is my full time job; keep that in mind when trying to return an item for a petty reason, we are not Amazon or a Chain Store - we are a small business just trying to survive - the shipping charges are accurate unfortunately we cannot lose money on shipping so we cannot ship for free or cheap — PLEASE ask all questions before bidding. No reasonable offers are denied but be reasonable - and if you send a low offer and it’s accepted please be respectful and don’t try to return the item because by the time it’s done we will be negative on the item - also if it’s a sealed or new item and you open it then try to return the item that’s just rude because the value is no longer there don’t return it - if your offer is denied and you keep sending the same offer multiple times you will be blocked.
