It works, although the star on the top of the tree must have a short in the wire because you have to tap it sometimes for it to stay on. And piglet is chipped as pictured, "I think" the piece that chipped off is inside somewhere because there is a distinct rattle inside . If you wind it up it plays "Here comes Santa Clause" as the little train goes around the tree. If you push on the switch on the bottom the tree lights up, takes 2 AAA batteries which are not included. Approximately 9" tall including the star on the top of the tree x 8" diameter. Selling in as is found used condition as pictured.
