Description: Knock-out Atlantic Mold 2-piece conch shell planter. White with a pastel iridescent insert. Self-watering design is perfect for African violets, small succulents, or small tropicals. Estimated manufacture date of late 1960s to 1970s. Very good condition. Both glazes are shiny and 99% intact. There are some small areas of bare porcelain on the tips of the shell spikes and the edge of the ruffle; seller is not sure if this is age-related or a glazing issue. There is one small chip on the underside of the termination of the large shell spiral, which is not visible unless viewed from underneath. The insert has a line of stain from the use of potting soil. 8 inches long5.5 inches wide4.5 inches high
