Description: Although unmarked, this is undoubtedly the Amadis ashtray from the Val Saint Lambert production. An elegant and very Art Deco cut and blown glass ashtray. The Val St Lambert Fine Crystal Amadis octagonal facet cut ashtray had a tapering base and a bowl-shaped inner tray. Possible from the 1950s, there are 2 tiny chips and light scratches on bottom. None are very noticeable. One chip is just inside the bowl rim and the other one is at a corner outside edge. I zoom in on the two places. Heavy weighted at 3 lbs 11 oz. -232455
