Description: Nicely done, vintage watercolor. Sight image of the work is approximately 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 inches and it is matted and framed to 13 3/4 x 17 3/4 inches. The painting is signed to the lower right hand corner as shown in photos and is dated 1988. Unfortunately, I am unable to make out the signature. The painting has not been examined out of the frame but is clean and appears to be in excellent condition. Simple black frame is probably original to the piece and is also in very good condition. Ready to hang and enjoy.
