CLEAR LAKE NEIGHBORS Please see pics 7 & 8 as it is appears there used to be a pin on left side chest and on right side of chest. Pins no longer remain and I’m not sure what they were or would have been. I’m just mentioning this as there are tiny pin holes. Guesstimate may be circa 1970s or at least some of the patches are.
