Description: I bought this many years ago when I was restoring a TO-3 capacitance meter. I just tested the transformer output at every tap and they all work. It comes with an attached 2 prong power cord that’s very flexible still. It comes with the ancient electrolytic capacitors which I don’t recommend using at all. It also comes with the 5Y3 GT tube and socket and the precision 200pf reference capacitor. See pictures of whats attached to the chassis. Everything attached comes included. I ship via UPS or USPS.
