Controls operate and function properly but the control potentiometers could stand to be degreased. Also tuner pulley string needs to be either replaced or tightened up to move the tuning capacitor. All tubes light up (see pics). I believe it only needs an antenna hooked up to start receiving signals but I am selling this item as is, no guarantees. See pictures for overall condition.
