This could be an African American woman or a Afro Latina woman, I unfortunately don't know. The colors are vibrant and she's so skillfully rendered, it's captivating in person. It's signed "McCarty". There is wear to the frame. I didn't examine the art piece out of the frame but when you look closely it looks perhaps a little warped. I'm not sure it's condition.
