Description: This two tone brown/beige ceramic stoneware bean crock is in beautiful vintage condition. It is made by Monmouth Pottery USA and holds approximately 2 1/2 quarts (holds 10 liquid cups). It is glazed pottery, approximately 6 inches tall base and 7.5 inches to the top of the lid, 6 inches across at the mouth of the opening and 5 inches Lid and 8 inches from handle to handle. Though it may show some signs of age appropriate wear (on bottom), no major defects such as chips, cracks or crazing were detected upon inspection. It has 2 small spots that were unglazed and completely smooth. It appears to have been lovingly cared for or not used. I do not know it's exact age range so please make your own age determinations and refer to pictures as part of the description.
