Description: This is a vintage wristwatch dating to about 1970. This is beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition. It was made by Longines' associate company Wittnauer. The watch has been professionally cleaned and checked. The movement has just been fully serviced.The watch runs well and keeps time to within a few seconds over a 24 hour period. The time sets as it should. The day and date advance properly and the date can be quick set by using the crown. The case is all stainless steel and it is about 38mm wide not including the crown. It is about 45mm long to the tips of the hooded lugs. The movement is a high quality Wittnauer caliber W100 and it has 17 jewels. The bracelet is original to this watch and it will fit a very large man's wrist. It can be adjusted smaller. The crystal is clean and clear and has no scratches.
