Description: This is a great one owner piece. Kiwanis Club Bakelite letter opener is excellent condition. Probably late 1950’s or early 1960’s. Straight shiny metal cutting edge. Bakelite handle is 3 ½” long with the Kiwanis logo and the writing on the handle states “KIWANIS INTERNATIONAL THANKS FOR BEING A SPEAKER SOUTHEAST TOPEKA, KANSAS” There is a blue removable endcap tip with an unused eraser underneath the cap. Please see all photos for details. A great advertising piece as well as a Topeka, Kansas memento. Excellent Condition.. .
