Description: For your consideration, please see this wonderful brown speckle (drip) glazed individual soup bowl from hull pottery in Crooksville, Ohio, U.S.A. This is an oven proof bowl, meaning that it can easily transfer from oven-to-table, so it is great for things like french onion soup or hearty stews. Including the handle, it is 7.75" in length, 2" tall, and 5 3/8" in diameter around the rim. Properly hallmarked on the underside of the bowl... these types of pieces have not been made since pre-1986 when the factory closed. The bowl is substantial in weight, one pound on its own, and can easily be transitioned into decorative uses on its own or can be used as a small planter, such as for succulents.
