Vintage Hand Hooked Rug American Folk Art CATS Primitive

Description: Selling this beautiful Antique American FOLKY Hooked Rug with a "PAIR OF CATS" with white eyes, bright red noses, red smiling mouths, red bows around their necks, and white front paws. It has a dark forest green saw-tooth border with red & white trim and large red hearts in each of the four corners. I'm guessing it is Circa 1900-1940 but I can't say for sure? Beautiful colors that are still bright with great color contrast. It has a burlap base. Measures approx. 36" wide x 23-1/2" high. NOTE: The antique table shown in the photos is NOT included in this listing.NOTE: This is rug is currently mounted to a wood frame, but in order to reduce the shipping / insurance cost it will be removed from the frame and I will ship the rug ALONE, rolled and packaged in a narrow box.CONDITION: Very nice condition especially considering the age.
