Description: This is a rare vintage 1985 Teddy Ruxpin plush bear with brown eyes and brown fur. It comes with 1985 original sports workout outfit, and features interactive and battery-operated functions. The outfit is in fair condition with no rips or tears. This original piece is a part of the Classic Collection and was The World's First Animated Talking Toy! Grubby also included. Batteries are not included. Teddy's tested and mouth, eyes move but sound is only static. Missing cord to attach Grubby so Grubby Caterpillar talking toy couldn't be tested. Teddy and Grubby have no rips or tears. Teddy does have a cracked corner on the case bottom on left side as shown in photo. Over all considering age is in good, one-owner, played with condition. 1985 Teddy Ruxpin Answer Box in good shape and when plugged into Teddy light does come on but unable to test due to Teddy's sound not working. Included are books Just About The Size Of It and Counting is Fun. Includes 1 working cassette but again it plays with only static for sound. Includes 2 Teddy Ruxpin 1985 Books Lullabies Read Along and The Airship with cassettes. 1 Grunge Music Book w/out cassette. Battery and cassette compartments are clean.
