Description: Vintage 1970s PABST Blue RIBBON Beer HANGING Swag Light DOUBLE GLOBE w/Chain !!! Here is a pretty nice looking Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer double hanging swag bar light. Would look very cool in your bar or rec room especially if you're fond of PBR !!! Looks to be a somewhat scarce style as most of these plastic advertising type lights simply deteriorated, got broken and/or were simply thrown out - they were not meant to survive 50+ years. These lights were produced by Embosograph Sign Co., they made many other different 3-D type advertising sign pieces back in the 1970s, Anyway, this PBR light is not perfect by any means it does have some old battle scars as pictured. One globe is cracked and has an old glue repair at that point. Chip on the same globe on the bottom where it inserts into the mount, doesn't show when assembled, some overall wear, scuffs and scratches from age and years of service, the other globe has some very minor stress lines around the fitter end that have been glued, its still a solid display piece - no worries - please see all photos provided - THANKS !!! Colors on the plastic globes is still vibrant. Measures about 26 inches across and 16 inches in height. The actual shade globes are about 7 inches in diameter around the middle. This has light has the old style PABST +B SINCE 1844 emblem and hop graphics embossed in the center piece each side, globes have the usual colorful Red, White, & Blue Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer logos. Has an 8 foot or so swag chain and cord with a small inline dial rotary switch, looks original to the piece. The bulbs used during testing will not be included but they are standard low wattage with an E26 base. Bottom line, a great Pabst Beer item ready for your collection, It does light up nicely with and has an old tavern glow to it, perfect for a man cave bar or rec room, very nostalgic PBR piece.
