Head badge has been attached with larger than normal screws. Have not inspected. Likely widened out the standard screw holes. Has been poorly repainted. Designed for 20 x 1 1/4 x 1 3/8 Schwinn Rims/Tires. Please see measurements in the pics Bicycle frames are professionally packed and ship wrapped with foam inside a new box.
