Softcover. Contains 117 pages of rules that govern the union's actions. These rules were adopted at the Atlantic City convention in November of 1947. The booklet is in very good vintage condition. Very clean inside. No torn, loose or missing pages. No writing anywhere. There is a light corner crease on the back cover. Over all great condition!
