Description: I have a portfolio of vintage school / classroom prints which date, I believe, from 1938. I’ll be listing them in the coming days; do please take a look at my other items. These prints were produced by the publisher George Newnes for “Two Years In The Infant School’. The courses were edited by Enid Blyton, who also produced some stories which the images may have accompanied. They depict a lost world; not unlike that of Enid Blyton and Ladybird books. Some of the artists involved worked on Enid Blyton illustrations and book jackets. This print - titled ’A Rubber Plantation’, is by William Fyffe. Each print has a large border; they would look perfect mounted (to cover the border) and framed, They’ve been kept in the portfolio so the colours are strong and bright. Size: 21 x 17 inches Condition: Very Good - margin/border has light signs of handling but this would ideally be hidden by mount. Payment: Paypal Postage and Packing: £5.60 (UK). It will be sent rolled in tube. Please note - I charge only actual cost of postage and packing and will seek most cost effective method. I am happy to combine items and pass on any saving. Proof of Posting is obtained for every item sent but on valuable or more expensive items, you might want to consider sending it signed for or tracked, which I can organise.
