Wear and tear from being outside for years. Certainly not new so please take advantage of zoom or enlarge feature and study all photos thoroughly. Approx base 7" X 7" X 17" tall. Unpacked weight 20 1/2 lb. Gorgeous in any garden, great decorator piece. Wonderful representative of timeless elegance privy to vintage cement.
