Pieces are in excellent condition, No hairline cracks or chips, minimal wear. This is a remarkably large sized Chessmen. Pieces are hand carved. Made with natural boxwood showcasing a beautiful honey color patina and the other side is stained black boxwood, lacquered varnish. Very nice, distinctive Chess pieces. Made in France Complete set of 32 pieces King height 4.5 inches All weights and felts are present in good condition, some minor wear in some felts.
