Description: US-942 Citrus Trifoliate Rootstock Seeds Quantity 5 Freshly Picked! These are from a currently harvesting tree and freshly picked. US-942 is a #1 citrus rootstock and is known for HLB tolerance. US-942 rootstock is very difficult to find. Supplies running out fast! Planting instructions. The method that works for me for the seeds to germinate is, first rinse seeds in warm water to get any pulp off. You don't have to dry out citrus seeds cause they can be planted right after they get taken out of the citrus fruit. Then I soak the seeds overnight in a glass of 4 parts water and 1 part hydrogen peroxide. Then, I sow the seeds in a small container using coco coir only for potting soil. I also water with the 4 to 1 hydrogen peroxide and spray it lightly with a spray bottle of the same 4 to 1 hydrogen peroxide every other day to make sure the soil is slightly moist. Careful not to over water too much. You don't want them to get water logged. Once they germinate and get about a 2 to 3 inches tall, I then carefully transplant into some seedling potting soil like a seedling miracle grow mix. As long as you follow this method, it will work. Keep temp between 70 to 80 degrees. I prefer around 80 degrees. This has always worked for me. Good luck!
