Description: John's Barracuda A fellow fly tyer at our fly-tying club showed me this fly that he uses for barracuda in the keys. While he was talking barracuda, I was thinking bass, hence this fly. Tied on two Saber hooks size 4 Model #7380 (freshwater).They are connected by beading wire - .46mm in diameter.This fly is amazingly light and has minimal wind resistance. I can cast it with fast-action 5wt fly rod.Admittedly, I have not fished it much, but so far have had best success using a sink tip fly line and a fairly fast retrieve. One fly per auction.
