This deba knife comes from the Kochi prefecture (formerly the Tosa province) where swords and kitchen cutlery have been hammer forged (handmade) for centuries. Tosa blacksmiths are widely known for their cutlery and tools. New old stock that was in long term warehouse storage in Japan so may have chance of scratches. Needs to be sharpened. Blade only.
