These are priced well below what sealed boxes sell for, so NO! buying 18 packs will not get you a sealed box or the same odds at 'hits" as a sealed box of 18 packs that TOPPS guarantees 3 hits from... If you want guaranteed "hits" buy sealed boxes of which I may or may not have available as well depending on when you are reading this.... I can't believe this needs to be said but... I do not make this product, nor do I pack it, Topps does.
