This cabin has the tie beam 92” off the floor system so that you can put either 1” floor boards or 2” decking on the joists and still have adequate space head space to meet code. The PRINTED plan set shows all the timbers you'll need to use if you wish to do boards for the first-floor deck and roof. Or you can use 2" plans for the first-floor deck and roof, either way these plans can be used for both sizes of decking. You can make the door narrower if you choose but moving the mortises in the tie beam and sill. You can make the large gable end doors hinged and not an external slider if you wish. You could add more doors if you want. You could make the frame taller by making the post longer. And you can enclose it with vertical siding or horizontal siding if you add blocking.
