Schulz Museum on August 12, 2017 in Santa Rosa, CA and the book was signed by John Ratzenberger on November 5, 2017 at the 2017 Mouse Con at the South San Francisco Convention Center in South San Francisco, CA and it was signed by Phil Ortiz and Ty Templeton at the 2018 San Francisco Comic Con on June 9, 2018 at the Oakland Convention Center in Oakland, CA and Mike DeCarlo signed the book at the 2018 Fandemic Tour on June 22, 2018 at the Sacramento Convention Center in Sacramento, CA. The last Seven autographs will by authenticated as soon as possible. There is no writing in or on the book accept where it is autographed by all of the people I have mentioned. There are no rips or tears. There are no missing pages. There are no visible marks on the front cover of the book and there are two very small marks on the back of the book cover. There are a couple extremely small spots of extremely light wear on the edges and corners of the book cover. There are a couple extremely light marks on the front and back of the book jacket. There are a few extremely small spots of very light wear on the edges and corners of the book jacket. There is no discoloration in or on the book. All of the text, Illustrations and pictures in the book are clear and can be read and seen easily. The pages of the book are unnumbered.
