The Grand began in 1871 as the Pittsburgh Opera House on Fifth Ave. & was renamed The Grand in 1895. It & numerous adjacent buildings were destroyed by fire in January 1917. See Images. Shows some wear & foxing/soiling. Front cover has two performers' names (Amelia Bingham & Clarice Vance) in ink. Page 17 has ink writing below Clarice Vance, singer (appear to be song titles).
