Stated 3rd ED, published in 1919 by Elkin Mathews in London, and printed by The Riverside Press Limited in Edinburgh. Binding is sound, with age toning to first and last endpapers, a small bookstore sticker affixed to the first pastedown endpaper, previous owner's name and date in pencil on first free endpaper, significant foxing to exterior fore edges of textblock, and minor occasional foxing to interior pages. Boards are clean and square with minor foxing to cloth on spine and minor shelf wear. Dust jacket is in Very Good condition with closed tears to spine and one to front head fore edge, minor chipping to spine head and fore edge corners, and minor sunning to spine.
