It is a hardcover book measuring 5.25x7.25". 218 pages that show deep tanning due to age. The dust jacket has great color with some wear, edge wear, and a few tears. There is also wear on the edges of the book itself. The previous owner used a pencil on the inside flap to put a tick mark beside the books they had plus added a title. The number 78 is written in pencil and the flap is clipped. The spine and back cover are discolored with age. There is wear on the edges of the book itself. No ripped or missing pages, no dog-eared corners. The spine feels a bit loose but the book is intact. This is caused by the back end page starting to split (pictured).
