Description: For sale is this 1950 copy of The 13 Clocks by James Thurber. Third Printing. Very good condition overall.I'm not a book dealer or grader, but I understand some terminology and hope to describe it as best I can, take good pictures, post them without any enhancement tools being applied, and offer to answer any questions that come up. I have not used any photo enhancement tools on these pictures. The boards, corners and binding are very good, although the cover has fading on the spine, the top edge of the front, and the outline of the bookend I suspect on the back. The spine has come unglued on the top but not the bottom. Pastedowns and end pages are intact. Very little yellowing of the pages (slightly on the pastedowns and end pages) and I saw no foxing except along the tops of the pages viewed from the top of the book, does not extend down the pages. The illustrations on the end end sheets and pastedowns are good but theres a name inscribed in the front. Please be sure to look at all the pictures carefully before buying. I try hard to take great pictures that accurately describe the items I am selling. I am a retired teacher working from home and enjoy rehoming vintage and pre-loved items.
