Leaves turn reddish bronze in winter. White flowers are followed by yellow/salmon colored edible berries. Plant in full sun to part shade. Does well in any soil that is not too dry. Any well-drained soil, acidic to neutral. Very useful for erosion control, edging and rock gardens. Attracts butterfly's and pollinators. Often used for green roofs, and xeriscaping plantings.
