The badge for high-class officers, officers, generals and admirals of all types of troops had four degrees: a master specialist, a specialist of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd class. Deployed golden wings (from the sign of flight personnel) are combined with a blue radar field (from the operator's sign) and a nickel-plated beam torsion (from the driver), crossing their right-up-to-left silhouette of a golden rocket. A shield is laid on it, similar to the preceding signs, but with the top cut off. Above the shield there is a garland of golden laurel leaves with a red five-pointed star with a radial notch under the enamel.
