The poster is in a fair shape: it has big fold in the middle of the poster, some creases and tears, there was made light pre-restoration but it needs more deeper restoration, whatever the major composition looks very good, all slogans and text, including issuing information are very good readable and not damaged at all, besides if you frame it, all edges defects will be hidden and only fold will be slightly to see, but this is the other way around giving the poster vintage charm of that ages. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1983), Chief of the publishing house "Plakat" Oleg Dmitrievich Maslyakov was born in Sevastopol. Lived in Tula (1933-1953), studied at the art studio of N. I. Orekhov. He graduated from the Moscow Art School in memory of 1905, studied with S. Dobroserdov. During his studies, he was engaged in front film advertising in cinemas in Moscow, created the first political posters. Since 1957 he has been constantly working in the field of social and political posters. Collaborated with the workshop "Agitplakat" of the Union of Artists of the USSR, with publishing houses: "Soviet Artist", "Fine Art", "Soviet Russia", "Plakat". He worked in the Workshop of visual agitation of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR. Since 1990 he has been painting. Author of a number of articles about the poster and the book of poems "To you" (M., 2004). He was awarded the prize of the Soviet Peace Committee (1974, 1980), gold and silver medals of the Exhibition of Economic Achievements (1974, 1975, 1977, 1979, 1980). Was the chief artist of the "Plakat" publishing house (1985-1990).
