The front cover is a bit loose as the top staple is no longer attached to the cover - all text pages are tightly bound - it's just the cover that is not attached to that staple. Piece of transparent tape on the top portion of the spine - about 3 inches long - see photos. This is not a library discard copy. No further writing besides those initials and the 'E' on the cover.
