The boxes are then sold to a local auction house. Sherlock Holmes sets out to discover why a trio of murderous villains, including a dangerously attractive female, are desperate to obtain three unassuming and inexpensive little music boxes. The head of the gang belongs to a darkly, beautiful and ruthless woman, who is also a consummate actress as Holmes soon learns. She disguises herself as a charwoman and speaks Cockney, which both insults and berates both Holmes and Watson. The beautiful woman pretends not to recognize Holmes and Watson and she leaves with a music box right under their noses. Holmes must recover the last music box to crack the secret code contained in the tune before it is too late.
