An SGC graded VG-EX 4 – 1966 Topps card of Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle of the New York Yankees. This example has bold printing, nice color, excellent focus and bright borders. The corners are consistent with those found on most EXMT/EXMT+ examples, with the exception of a heavy ding on the upper left corner that results in a diagonal crease (approx. 3/8" long) near that corner that is also visible on the back. There is a very light vertical surface crease (approx. 1/4" long) that extends from the letter "S" in "YANKEES" to the top edge. It is not visible on the back of the card and does not detract too much from the overall eye appeal of the card. Otherwise, the card appears to be free of any additional creasing. The printing on the front is shifted to the right, but the card still displays fairly well. The back is clean with bold printing. Even with the flaws, this is still a nice looking card for the grade.
