Description: This is a scarce view of North Rockaway, Oregon. The photo shows Sea View House, a tent city in the background and several of the buildings that existed in the North End at the time, as well as raised wood plank side walks, and several people of the time. This card was posted in 1913, the stamp is missing, there is some debris on the back - likely from an album, some light pencil/eraser marks, this was a CYKO, the card was cancelled in Rockaway. There is some adhesive residue on the back that has dried. Some creasing to the front side at the corners, corner wear, and other light wear especially visible toward the top of the card.
