S 69040 on center labels.Gatefold cover with embossed "Welcome" Cover is very clean with a few small creases and a corner ding on upper left side. Also there is a small price sticker on the front of the cover.Vinyl has a heavy pattern covering the entire thing from being stored in a plastic lined paper sleeve for the last 50 + years that does not affect sound quality. Photos are of actual item I am selling.I ship used records outside of the cover in a protective sleeve.I use Mighty Music Mailer LP shipping boxes for superior corner protection.
