Description: This set is extremely rare and not currently available online. The playset is made out of wood and easily disassembles. While still extremely cute, this dollhouse has been played with and therefore does exhibit some wear. Please see all photos. All pictured furniture and the Hello Kitty figure come with it. Here are the flaws I noticed: 1. Paint is chipped in a few places 2. The top right window pane was broken and does pop out (see photo # 17) 3. The bush shelf on the right side of the house was damaged at the corner (see photo #9) Please let me know if you have any questions! Oh, and the house will be shipped disassembled.
