Description: The movement runs when wound however has not been tested for accuracy and is sold as-is for parts or restoration. The rose-colored stone dial (possibly marble but i cannot verify this) spins on the movement since it’s attached to the watch via two screws on the dial plate instead of with dial feet. There is a chip on the dial as shown in the photos and the stone from the affected area has been secured in place by adhesive which blends in the damage. These stone dials were notoriously difficult to manufacture due to limitations from sourcing quality roughs and their fragile nature which led many breaking during production. They were created for the highest quality watches, and while i have been unable to find the model for which this dial would have been made, examples with Malachite dials sell for upwards of $10,000.
