Description: Vintage Royal Doulton "Little Lady Make Believe" HN 1870 ~ Produced 1941.. Very Rare. Stamped 14 which means 27 + # is the year produced. No chips, cracks or other damage. There is a small red dot underneath the maker’s mark. It appears black but is definitely red. I have no idea of the significance of this mark.
