Description: A nice old tea caddy or marmalade jar from the Royal Doulton Dickens Ware series with Mr Pickwick walking down the street. It has a silverplate lid with a spoon notch and a silverplate rim. It is approx. 4" tall, without the lid and 4-1/4" across the base. The condition is very good with some age and overall crazing. There are some heavier lines of crazing on the underside that do not seem to come all the way through into the interior. There are a few small spots of roughness on the ridge just below the lid rim (last photo).
