Description: Royal Albert Old Country Roses Set of 6 Bread Plates 6 1/4" -1962 mark This is a set of 6 bread plates made by Royal Albert. The pattern is Old Country Roses and it features pink an yellow roses with green leaves and gold trim. The plates have a slight variation in sizes from 6 1/8" to 6 1/4" across.Note: There are several different backstamps. I have notice the only difference seems to be in the size of the plates so if you are matching an existing pattern, please check the backstamp.Item is in very gently used condition with no chips, nicks or cracks. There are a few light scratches from use. Gold trim is very good too. Two plates have a gouge through the backstamp. This may mean they were sold as seconds, I do not know - but I saw no difference between them and the others. Please view the photos for a better description. I have other neat things listed.
