Description: This 4xLP box set of Rossini's William Tell is a must-have for any opera lover. Featuring the renowned performer orchestra, The National Philharmonic, and conducted by Riccardo Chailly, this vinyl set includes a full frequency range recording and stereophonic edition. Both the Vinyl and Box are in Very Good Plus (VG+) condition. The vinyl appears to be untouched bright shiny vibrant with the only flaw being some static dust. I am listening to Side One as I enter this info and it sounds great with only the slightest bit of crackle from the static dust particles that can be removed. I’m too lazy and would prefer laying on a couch listening to this nice music as I tap away on my iPhone. The set comes with a 24-page booklet containing the history and libretto in both Italian and English, making it a great addition to any music collection. The release is from 1980 on the London Records label and includes features such as the composer and artist, Rossini, and the famous tenor, Luciano Pavarotti.
